90-Day Buyers Limited Warranty:

This warranty is
provided as part of our service, at no additional cost
to the the buyer.
Up to $2000 of
coverage is provided.
Although coverage
begins on the day of the inspection and continues
a minimum of 90 days, we will extend the coverage 21 days past closing
if the sale of the house takes longer than the original 90-day period.
Therefore, the buyers are guaranteed at least 3 weeks of coverage after
closing.
In other words
there is a minimum of 90 day’s coverage; with a maximum
to 21 days following closing.
There are no
deductibles.
There are no
exclusions for "pre-existing" conditions.
The buyers may
choose their own contractors.

Here's How it Works:
The warranty is
automatically filed at the time of the inspection order.
The buyer does not need to take any action to initiate the policy.
Our buyers are
provided with hard copies of their claims forms shortly
after their inspections. The forms, themselves, explain the simple
process to follow in the event that something is not working right or
has failed.
If a buyer
happens to lose the claim form, another can be provided.
If the inspector
happens to miss an important issue in the house, the
buyer may use the warranty, if desired. However, our company stands
behind its work and does not rely solely upon this warranty. If you feel
we've missed anything important to you during our inspection, we want
you to contact us as soon as possible.
If something
breaks or stops working after the inspection, the warranty
can be used to recover expenses.
