Background
Stan is a native Idahoan. He attended engineering college in
northern Idaho and has been involved with many aspects of residential real estate all his
life.

Professional Work Experience
• 6 years civil engineering, designing and
inspecting subdivisions,
sewer & water systems, roads, highways, etc.
• 5 years nuclear test reactor industry, designing control systems
• 3 years cabinetmaking, designing and building custom furniture and
store
fixtures
• 13 years electrical engineering for Idaho Power Company
computerizing hydroelectric power plants and coordinating service
to Idaho's major commercial customers
• 12 years home inspection service. First involved in designing and
setting up the headquarters office in Scottsdale, AZ, then in opening
the Boise, ID office
Real Estate Industry Knowledge
During the past 30+ years (aside from his professional
career), Stan has continually acquired, remodeled, rented, and sold residential real
estate. He has personally built three homes, and extensively remodeled many others. He has
become intimately familiar with real estate contracts, loan processing, underwriting,
appraisals, building codes, building practices, building materials, and construction and
repair estimating.
Inspection Business Credentials
Stan was the president of the headquarters
office of AAD Inspection Corporation in Scottsdale, AZ, beginning in 1991. He helped design and
establish the business, and has remained instrumental in its growth and strategies. He
applied that experience to the Boise office which formed a sister corporation in Idaho
early in 1994.
